THE HOTEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THE RATES (for those who have made a reservation with a rate this rule does not apply).

Rates include all taxes.

Room reception (Check-In): starting at 3 p.m.

Room release (Check-Out): until 11 o’clock.

For an online reservation without a card, the following conditions apply:

For the promotion “Early bookings” it is a condition of full payment, within 5 working days from the date of reservation, after which the proof of payment must be sent to e-mail, otherwise the reservation is considered non-guaranteed.

In case of cancellation of a promotional reservation, the money is not returned except in case of death or incurable diseases, with the necessary documents, withholding the value of one night’s accommodation.

In case of cancellation of a promotional reservation, apart from the above reasons, the money is not returned but the reservation can be rescheduled for the following year in the same period but at the rates of the related year.

For reservations that are not subject to promotional offers, the following rules apply:

Reservations for which an advance has not been paid and/or for which a deposit of 40% of the total value of the stay has not been made in advance are considered by the hotel as non-guaranteed reservations.

For guaranteed or pre-paid bookings:

If no other conditions are specified in the written confirmation received from the hotel, then:

  • The deadline for canceling a reservation, without incurring penalties, is 15 (fifteen) days before arrival. The advance paid is returned within 30 days of the cancellation request. In case of cancellation and refund of the advance payment, we will charge a handling fee of 25 lei, plus bank fees.
  • For cancellations made less than 15 (fifteen) days but up to 72 hours before arrival, the value of the first night’s accommodation is charged, an amount deducted from the advance payment.
  • For cancellations made less than 72 hours before arrival, or in case of no-show, the full value of the reservation will be charged, which amount will be deducted from the advance paid.
  • In case of no-show, the hotel reserves the right to release the room/rooms for the rest of the stay.
  • The advance is non-refundable and non-transferable to another period/person.

Reservations made at least 3 days before the arrival date are accepted only on the basis of availability.

Changes to any reservations must be made in writing to the e-mail address: and/or

No change will be guaranteed until received in writing by the hotel.

The rates resulting from the changes may vary, depending on the nature of the change, as well as the availability at the time of the change to the reservations.

Any cancellation of the room reservation will be sent in writing to the e-mail address: and/or according to the conditions above.

No cancellation will be guaranteed until received in writing by the hotel.

ATTENTION: Specify the booking code (Booking ID) and your first and last name on the payment order.

The hotel has 63 parking spaces, it is chargeable and within the limit of available spaces.

Please note that parking spaces are not reserved.

The hotel does not assume responsibility for the goods left in the car, nor for the damage to the cars.

The payment is for a parking space and not for securing it.

The allocation of rooms will be made by the hotel reception according to availability during that period.

Pets are not allowed in the hotel.There are several video surveillance cameras operating on the territory of the hotel.

When leaving the rooms, the doors must always be locked.

If you find forgotten goods, please hand them in at the reception.

We recommend using the safes available in the rooms and at reception to store valuables.

We do not assume any responsibility for forgotten, lost or allegedly stolen items inside the Dunărea Hotel.

If you leave the hotel we suggest you leave the key at the reception.

In case of loss of the key, you will have to pay an extra 50 lei.It is forbidden to store flammable, toxic, explosive materials in the room.

Please do not use an espresso machine, boiler, iron or stove in the room.In case you notice any defect in the equipment of the room, please inform the reception.

Please respect the public order, do not disturb the comfort of other guests, especially after the quiet hours (22:00).

The hotel equipment must be used properly.

Damages or damages caused will be paid by their author or their legal representative.

In the rooms, the smoking areas are the balconies.

In case of smoking in prohibited areas, we will add a penalty/fine of 300 lei to your payment!

The customer must comply with hotel customs.

He will have to respect the silence in the hotel as well as the norms of social and moral coexistence.

Also, the guest of the Dunărea Hotel must take care of the property of the hotel left for his use during the stay.

Any violation of hotel customs or moral and social norms entitles the hotelier to immediately terminate the contract/accommodation, without any notice.

We reserve the right to refuse accommodation in Hotel Dunărea to guests who are intoxicated, rude or turbulent, whose attitude damages the image of the hotel or disturbs other guests. The counter value of any destruction or degradation of the material assets belonging to the Dunărea Hotel will be borne by those guilty of their production. We reserve the right to evict guests with inappropriate behavior from the hotel.

Subject to the above, we reserve the right to select our guests. We do not accept: uncivilized or aggressive behavior, obscene physical or verbal manifestations, inappropriate tone, insults, physical or sexual harassment or any physical or mental abuse of a person, the guests or any person in the hotel complex.
